At Jiaoxi Hot Springs Park, enjoy a relaxed pause at the public foot bath. It’s a simple, social experience where locals and visitors alike take a break, soak their feet, and enjoy the town’s laid-back atmosphere.

Next, continue to Chuan Tang Hot Spring Hotel Flagship, where you can purchase a day pass and unwind in a variety of themed outdoor pools and spa baths. With different temperatures and styles to choose from, it’s an easy and enjoyable way to experience Jiaoxi’s hot spring culture at your own pace.

After soaking, it’s time for lunch at Weng Yao Chicken, a well-loved local restaurant. Enjoy their signature roasted chicken along with classic Taiwanese dishes — hearty, satisfying, and full of local flavor.

In the afternoon, head to the National Center for Traditional Arts, where traditional architecture, artisan workshops, and cultural performances bring Taiwan’s heritage to life. Stroll through the historic streets, watch craftsmen at work, or join a hands-on DIY class for a memorable and interactive cultural experience.
