Welcome to Taiwan – a beautiful island rich in natural scenery and diverse culture. Upon arrival at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), you will be met and transferred to your hotel in an accessible vehicle equipped with a wheelchair lift. Our first stop is one of Taiwan’s most iconic cultural landmarks—the National Palace Museum. It houses the richest collection of Chinese art treasures in the world. The museum is equipped with accessible pathways, wheelchair-friendly elevators, and rest areas, allowing you to explore each exhibit with ease.

Next, we will head to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, a site of great historical significance and one of Taipei’s most iconic landmarks. Here, you will learn about Taiwan’s modern history and also have the opportunity to watch the changing of the guard ceremony. The spacious plaza and beautifully landscaped gardens are fully accessible, allowing you to explore the surroundings with ease.

For lunch today, we will enjoy the world-famous Din Tai Fung xiaolongbao (Lunch included with the tour price).



Then, we will take you to Taipei 101, the iconic skyscraper that once held the title of the world’s tallest building. You’ll have the chance to ride the fast elevator up to the observation deck and enjoy breathtaking views of Taipei’s cityscape.





Finally, we will visit Shilin Night Market, one of Taipei’s most representative night markets, offering a wide variety of food stalls and local delicacies. You’ll have the opportunity to taste a range of traditional Taiwanese snacks such as bubble tea, stinky tofu, and pepper cakes, while experiencing the unique culture of Taiwan’s night markets. Though the market has many stalls, our guide will ensure your comfort and direct you along the accessible paths.

Yehliu and Shifen / Stay in Taipei



Today, we will visit the famous Yehliu Geopark, home to some of the world’s most unique rock formations, with the “Queen’s Head” being the most well-known. These rocks, shaped by years of weathering and erosion, have formed a variety of fascinating natural sculptures.

Next, we will head to the nostalgic Shifen Old Street, which is famous for its close proximity to passing trains, giving you the unique experience of walking right next to the tracks. While the street is relatively narrow, we will choose the most accessible routes to ensure a smooth exploration. While at Shifen Old Street, we will also arrange for you to participate in the traditional activity of releasing sky lanterns.

Finally, we will visit Shifen Waterfall, a scenic spot with a serene environment.

Day 4
Yangmingshan National Park and Danshui / Stay in Taipei

We will start our wonderful day at Yangmingshan National Park, famous for its volcanic landscape. In spring, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, followed by the calla lilies in mid-March at Zhuzihu. After that, the hydrangeas take over with their vibrant blue and purple colors. In autumn, the park offers the beauty of pampas grass and maple leaves.



Next, we will visit Xiaoyoukeng, a famous geothermal site on Yangmingshan. Xiaoyoukeng is known for its post-volcanic features, including fumaroles and sulfur crystal formations.

After that, we will head to the Erziping Trail, a flat and easy path that allows you to fully enjoy the refreshing natural surroundings.

Finally, we will go to Tamshui Old Street, a place rich in history and culture. The street is lined with a variety of local snacks and handmade craft shops, offering a great opportunity to experience Taiwan’s traditional charm. On clear days, Tamsui is also a popular spot for sunset watching, allowing you to enjoy the unique beauty of Tamsui as the sun sets.

Day 5
Sun Moon Lake / Stay at Sun Moon Lake

Today, we will leave Taipei. After approximately a 3-hour drive, we will arrive at Taiwan’s most famous lake—Sun Moon Lake. With its tranquil, crystal-clear waters surrounded by mountains, we will take a boat ride to enjoy the stunning scenery from different perspectives.

Next, we will visit Ita Thao Old Street, located near the pier. This area is home to the Thao Indigenous people, where you can sample a variety of local specialties and traditional snacks.

Finally, we will visit the Xiangshan Visitor Center. It was designed by renowned Japanese architect Norihiko Dan, blending elegant modern design with the natural landscape. This location offers one of the best viewpoints to take in the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Sun Moon Lake.

Day 6
Sun Moon Lake / Stay in Taichung

This morning, we will take the Sun Moon Lake Cable Car, enjoying a bird’s-eye view of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the natural scenery from above.

Sun Moon Lake is famous for producing high-quality tea, and we will guide you through a traditional tea-making experience*. You will have the opportunity to participate in the tea-making process, learn the essence of Taiwanese tea culture, and taste fresh tea, savoring the unique flavors of Taiwanese tea.
*Seasonal Activity Note:
The Traditional Tea-Making Experience is available from April through November. From December through March, this activity will be replaced with a DIY Tea Bag-Making Experience, where guests can craft their own personalized Taiwanese tea bags to take home.

Next, we will visit the historic Wufeng Lin Family Garden. Known for its exquisite garden aesthetics and rich cultural heritage, this garden is one of Taiwan’s most iconic ancient gardens.





Finally, we will head to Taichung’s Fengchia Night Market, one of Taiwan’s most famous night markets, where many creative street foods originated.

All default vehicles assigned to this tour are fully wheelchair-accessible and equipped with a lift as standard. Because our specialized accessible vehicles are customized for maximum comfort and safety, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred travel dates.

- Electric Wheelchair: USD $690 per week
- Features: Powered mobility offering greater independence during outdoor excursions and long sightseeing days without relying on a companion for movement.
7. Travel Insurance
In accordance with Taiwanese tourism regulations, mandatory travel insurance is provided for all travelers.
Coverage includes:
- NTD 2,500,000 Life Insurance
- NTD 200,000 Accidental Injury Insurance
To complete the insurance registration, each traveler is required to provide:
- Full name
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Date of birth
Your personal information will be used solely for insurance registration purposes.
9. Booking & Payment
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total tour price is required.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled departure date.
For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that urgent bookings may incur an additional priority processing fee.
Your booking is confirmed only after we have received the required payment and issued a written booking confirmation.
If the remaining balance is not received by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the 30% deposit in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
We also reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking prior to issuing an official booking confirmation.
10. Pricing & Quotation Validity
Tour prices are based on the operating costs and exchange rates applicable at the time your quotation is prepared.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for seven (7) days.
We reserve the right to revise prices before your booking is confirmed.
Once your booking has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received, your tour price is guaranteed unless changes are requested by you.
11. Changes to the Itinerary
Every itinerary is carefully planned using the most current information available.
However, adjustments may occasionally be necessary due to:
- Transportation schedule changes
- Weather conditions
- Road conditions
- Government regulations
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure events
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives while maintaining the quality of your travel experience.
If you request changes to your confirmed itinerary, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.
If changes are initiated by us, we will bear any additional costs directly resulting from those changes.
Whenever practical, any itinerary changes will be communicated to you through reasonable consultation.
12. Postponement Policy
If you wish to postpone your tour:
- A 5% administration fee will apply.
- Your remaining balance may be transferred to a new departure date within one (1) year from the original departure date.
- Any increase in accommodation, transportation, attraction, seasonal, or other operating costs resulting from the new travel date will be the responsibility of the traveler.
- Any unused balance remaining after one (1) year will be forfeited without refund.
13. Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following policy applies:
Seven (7) days or more before departure
- Your 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- If you have already paid the remaining balance, the remaining balance (70% of the total booking amount) will be refunded, less any applicable bank charges, payment processing fees, or administrative fees incurred during the refund process.
Less than seven (7) days before departure
- No refund will be provided for any payments received.
After the tour has commenced
If you are required to leave the tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, any refund will be considered at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued for any unused services if you voluntarily leave the tour.
14. Force Majeure
If the tour cannot proceed due to extraordinary circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government travel restrictions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events, either party may request cancellation.
Where applicable, any refundable amount will be calculated after deducting unrecoverable costs already paid to hotels, transportation providers, attractions, or other travel suppliers.

15. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Selecting a tour that is suitable for your physical abilities and personal interests.
- Informing us before departure of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, allergies, or accessibility needs.
- Ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled activities.
- Bringing appropriate clothing, medications, and personal items for the tour.
Failure to participate in scheduled activities without prior notice may be considered a voluntary forfeiture of that activity, and no refund will be provided.
16. Supplier Responsibility
We carefully select reputable hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, and other travel partners to deliver your tour experience.
These suppliers operate independently and are responsible for providing their respective services. While we make every effort to ensure a high standard of quality, we cannot be held responsible for delays, service interruptions, schedule changes, accidents, injuries, property damage, theft, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All services remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
17. Additional Expenses
The tour price does not include expenses incurred outside the confirmed tour package, including but not limited to:
- International airfare
- Visa fees
- Medical expenses
- Personal travel equipment
- Independently arranged accommodations or transportation
- Personal purchases and incidental expenses
18. Claims
If you experience any issues during your tour, please notify your tour guide or our customer service team as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter during your trip.
Any formal claims should be submitted in writing, in English, within seven (7) days after the completion of your tour, clearly describing the nature of the claim.
